TR100 Industrial TPMS

An industrial-grade tire pressure and temperature monitoring system for port machinery, mining trucks and heavy-duty vehicles. Built to talk to the machine's own controller over CAN, RS485, Profinet, RS232 or Modbus — and to reach the cloud when you need it.

Four reasons fleets fit it

S

Safety

Real-time detection of slow and fast leaks, overheat and overpressure. Alarm output can be wired into an interlock to limit speed on low pressure.

E

Economy

Correct inflation extends tire life by a reported 20–30 %, cuts fuel burn and avoids unplanned downtime.

F

Efficiency

Replaces manual walk-around checks with continuous automatic monitoring and visual alarms.

I

Intelligence

Multi-bus output plus an optional 4G gateway for fleet dashboards, history and utilisation reporting.

Frequently asked questions

How many TPMS sensors can the TR100 support?

Up to 256 tire positions per receiver. On long vehicles where the chassis blocks the radio path we add repeaters — a 160-wheel beam carrier uses 2 receivers and 12 repeaters.

Can the TR100 communicate over CAN bus?

Yes. The receiver outputs on CAN 2.0B at 250 kbps by default with a 10 ms data period, both software-configurable, and we supply the message map so your controller can decode it.

Does the TR100 support J1939?

Yes, with PGN/SPN mapping supplied. RS485, RS232, Modbus RTU, PROFINET and UART are also available, so the same hardware fits different receiving systems.

Can TPMS data be read by a PLC?

Yes — via Modbus RTU, RS485 or PROFINET depending on your environment. Register maps are documented so the PLC program does not need custom decoding.

Can TPMS data be sent to a cloud platform?

Yes. Adding a 4G Cat.1 / GPS DTU to the same receiver makes it a connected unit reporting to a fleet dashboard, with an open REST API so the data can also land in your own platform.

What is the communication range of the receiver?

433.92 MHz licence-free radio. Range depends on geometry rather than a single number — on a yard machine one receiver covers the vehicle, on a long chassis repeaters are placed along it.

What are the operating temperature and ingress rating?

Internal sensors −40 to +125 °C, external sensors −20 to +85 °C, IP68, accuracy ±7 kPa (433.92 MHz) on pressure and ±3 °C on temperature. Supply voltage DC 10–30 V.

Which sensor types are available?

Internal strap type, internal valve type, external screw-on (8V1 / 12V1), and external screw-on with OTR extended valve for large mining rims. An optional T-connector is available for some fitments.

Can the system be customised for an OEM project?

Yes — protocol, enclosure, display UI, cloud API, packaging and label language can all be adapted as part of an OEM/ODM programme. Certification is scoped per target market.
