Frequently asked questions
What is the BPU100?
A Bluetooth Low Energy 5.1 (1 Mbps PHY) tire pressure and temperature sensor for motorcycles, scooters, light EVs and passenger cars. It pairs directly to a head unit, dashboard or phone app — no separate receiver and no wiring.
Does it need a receiver?
No. The BLE sensor talks straight to the receiving device, which is why it suits dashboard makers, head-unit makers and consumer products.
Is there an app?
Yes — our own Android app shows real-time pressure and temperature per wheel, alarm history and sensor pairing. It can be white-labelled for your brand, and iOS versions are developed per programme.
What battery does it use?
CR1632, replaceable without re-pairing — an important detail for aftermarket users.
How many units do you ship?
More than 10,000 motorcycle units a month (over 20,000 sensors) on scheduled repeat programmes, with a monthly capacity of 30,000 sensors.
Can you produce it under our brand?
Yes. Private label covering housing marking, packaging, manual and label language is standard. A compact handlebar display can also be developed to your specification.
