OEM / ODM TPMS — your brand on the sensor
An OEM programme is not a logo on a box. It is marking, packaging, frame map, documentation and a change-control path that your engineering team can live with. Here is what we can and cannot customise.
What we customise
- Housing marking. Laser marking of your brand, model code and serial identity. Per-unit traceability is available — a QR code and serial on the back of every sensor.
- Packaging. Your artwork on blister, carton and label, in the language your market needs.
- App and display branding. Your brand in the app, on the display and in the documentation.
- Frame map and interface. On the industrial line we supply the message map and a DBC file, and we can agree which side owns the scaling. On the BLE line we agree the data service layout.
- Thresholds and alarm behaviour. What counts as a warning, what counts as an alarm, and how the two differ per duty cycle.
What we do not customise (say it now, not later)
- The radio. 433.92 MHz industrial and 2.4 GHz BLE are fixed platform choices, not a per-customer dial.
- Certification claims. We will not print a certificate mark we do not hold. Status today is CE in progress; the BLE module carries its own approvals which a modular-approval route can reference.
- Impossible lead times. We quote a schedule and we keep it, which means we do not quote one we cannot.
How a programme usually runs
Sample and specification sheet → your evaluation on real wheels → agree marking, packaging and the frame map → pilot batch → series supply. The step that is most often skipped is agreeing the frame map before the pilot; that is the one that costs the most to change later.
Which line is the right one for you
If the vehicle has a controller or a fleet platform and you need tyre data on a bus, the 433.92 MHz industrial line is the fit. If the product is a consumer or light-vehicle appliance where a phone or head unit already exists, the 2.4 GHz BLE line removes the receiver entirely. We will tell you which one fits your case rather than shipping both.
What to send us
The vehicle class, wheel count, where the data goes, your marking and packaging requirements, and the market you are selling into. That is enough for a written proposal.
Su protocolo, su control
Su protocolo CAN se queda con usted. Trabajamos con los puntos de datos que usted expone y los devolvemos mediante una API.
Tell us the application
Send the vehicle, wheel count and where the data must end up. We answer in writing.
